Must:
We are looking for a skilled Lead Software Engineer with experience in Java and Angular. You should be comfortable working with these technologies, although we value a tech-agnostic approach, and we encourage learning different technologies, including Python, .Net, TypeScript, and Cloud Services (AWS and Azure).
Responsibilities
As a Lead Software Engineer, you will be part of an Agile squad comprising 4-6 Engineers. You will work on core projects for key clients, taking projects from initial design to completion. Each team is structure-defined, consisting of roles such as Project Lead, Software Architect, Front-End, Back-End or Full Stack Engineers, UX Specialists, Automation Engineers, and DevOps Engineers. You will experience a unique work environment where you will never be offshored to a client and operate within the company at all times. We uphold a strict no-overtime policy, promoting a healthy work-life balance without tight deadlines or late nights.
