Lead Developer

We are an established tech organization based in Glasgow that is seeking a Lead Developer to join our Agile function. This is an opportunity to lead and shape the work on a brand-new SaaS product using modern technology. Having successfully operated for years, we are currently undergoing a digital transformation aimed at modernizing our offerings, which includes making key leadership hires to help propel our vision forward. We have a couple of popular products used worldwide (UK, Europe, US, and Canada) and have recently gone into production with a new product that we believe could be our next big thing. This cloud-based platform features AI functions, and there has already been significant interest from our customer base. Culture is at the heart of our organization as we truly embody our values. As a technical leader, you will be responsible for fostering this culture within your team, promoting a mantra of collectiveness, openness, and transparency. Our offices are located in central Glasgow, easily accessible from the city center with good transport links and onsite parking. We support hybrid working, ideally looking for three days onsite each week. In return for your expertise, we offer a salary ranging from £60,000 to £75,000 (with potential for more) along with a robust benefits package.
