Requirements
Must:
- Previous experience in an IT helpdesk or support role
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills
- Knowledge of internet technologies
- Experience with Microsoft-based operating systems and end-user troubleshooting
- Familiarity with UC or Microsoft Teams Direct Routing (a bonus, not essential)
- Good time management and confidence in triaging and resolving issues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a busy, fast-paced team
- A valid driving licence (essential)
Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting Microsoft environments
- Addressing networking and internet issues
- Supporting cloud and UC technologies
- Taking full ownership of tickets
- Working directly with customers
- Collaborating with third-party providers
- Heading onsite when required
- Participating in a well-structured on-call rota once trained
Description

This is a hybrid role based at our Glasgow HQ with the opportunity for client visits.
