Must:
We are looking for an IT Manager with proven experience managing IT teams and delivering technology strategy in a complex environment. You should have a strong technical background across Microsoft technologies, networking, and unified communications. Experience with telephony platforms (e.g., Avaya, Cisco, Genesys, or similar) would be highly advantageous. A solid understanding of cybersecurity standards, including ISO27001, PCI, and Cyber Essentials Plus is essential. Additionally, we value excellent supplier management and contract governance experience. You should also be a strong communicator and influencer, comfortable engaging at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will lead the IT department by delivering a clear and effective technology strategy aligned with our business goals. You’ll manage IT infrastructure, unified communications, and cloud environments to ensure high availability and performance. Your responsibilities will include overseeing supplier governance and contracts, conducting regular performance reviews, and managing budgets. You will maintain Cyber Essentials Plus standards and ensure a strong, proactive cybersecurity posture. Acting as the senior escalation point for IT issues, you’ll ensure service excellence across all areas. You'll partner with senior stakeholders to drive innovation, automation, and digital enablement across the business, as well as deliver and support IT change and transformation projects, ensuring alignment with broader business priorities.
