Requirements
Must:
- Solid IT support background
- Proven experience as a Desktop Support Technician
- Ability to configurate, maintain, and troubleshoot various IT hardware (laptops, mobile routers, switches)
- Experience with various software on Windows workstations
- Familiarity with a variety of business applications
- Ability to manage end user requests and act as the first point of contact
Responsibilities
- Respond to and support end user requests within the company
- Support overall network infrastructure
- Configure IT hardware as needed
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues
- Take end-to-end ownership of all IT tickets
- Communicate effectively and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
Description
We are excited to offer a brand new support opportunity with our key client based in Edinburgh. This contract role offers a rate of £225 per day for a duration of 6 months, and we operate inside IR35 via umbrella.
