Must:
We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our IT team. You should have solid experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in a busy environment where physical operations and in-person customer journeys are crucial. You must have confidence working with cross-functional teams that include business, delivery, and technical roles. Familiarity with various delivery methodologies and the judgment to select the right one for the task at hand is essential. Additionally, you should be capable of managing shifting priorities smoothly and possess strong communication skills, as well as a willingness to question assumptions when necessary.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will gather and clarify requirements from various parts of the business, creating clear documentation for our development teams. You'll support the scoping and prioritization of projects to ensure that the right initiatives move forward first. Presenting your work to stakeholders and remaining actively involved through development, testing, and rollout is a key part of this position. You'll also coordinate user acceptance testing and help to ensure a smooth implementation process.
