Requirements
Must:
- Experience in a senior support or service delivery leadership role
- Background in software, SaaS, or hosted/cloud environments
- Strong knowledge of ITSM frameworks (ITIL preferred)
- Experience managing releases and communicating technical changes
- Proven ability to manage third-party suppliers or service providers
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with Jira and Salesforce
Responsibilities
- Lead and drive a high-performing customer support function
- Oversee application support to ensure efficient issue resolution
- Manage software releases and upgrades for smooth deployments
- Embed and evolve IT Service Management best practices
- Act as the main point of contact for third-party infrastructure providers
- Monitor performance metrics like SLAs and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams
- Take ownership of support-related costs and forecasting
Description

Our platform is trusted by major international brands, and we are seeking an Application Support Lead to elevate our support function. This remote role (must be UK based) comes with a salary of £50-55k, along with benefits including a discretionary bonus, a remote-first working environment, funded training and development programmes, and a home office allowance.
