Must:
We are seeking a 3rd Line Support Engineer / Infrastructure Engineer with demonstrable experience in installing, migrating, and configuring SaaS applications. You must have a solid background in troubleshooting complex issues, both in operational support and for new project work. A genuine interest in infrastructure and a passion for technology are essential.

In this role, I will need you to lead installations, upgrades, and configurations of bespoke solutions in client environments, coordinating closely with our internal teams. You will act as a senior escalation point, providing expert-level support and taking full ownership of advanced technical incidents. Additionally, I expect you to troubleshoot and resolve complex server, software, and compatibility challenges. Building and maintaining detailed documentation for processes, configurations, and deployments will be crucial to support knowledge sharing within the team.
