Must:
We are looking for candidates who have demonstrable experience in installing, migrating, and configuring SaaS applications. You should have experience troubleshooting complex issues, both in operational support roles and for new project work. A genuine passion for technology and infrastructure is essential.

In this role, you will lead installations, upgrades, and configuration of bespoke solutions in client environments, coordinating closely with our internal teams. You will act as a senior escalation point, providing expert-level support and taking full ownership of advanced technical incidents. Additionally, you will troubleshoot and resolve complex server, software, and compatibility challenges, while building and maintaining detailed documentation for processes, configurations, and deployments to support knowledge sharing.
