Requirements
Must:
- A Development-first mentality; previous experience as a Developer is essential before transitioning into Product Ownership.
- Technical proficiency with Azure services, including Data Lake, Synapse, and Fabric, as well as Databricks for data engineering, analytics, performance optimization, and governance.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing and prioritizing product backlogs, writing detailed user stories, and collaborating with development teams to achieve sprint goals.
- Experience in Agile product ownership frameworks, preferably SAFe, including daily scrum leadership and sprint planning.
- Effective collaboration across engineering, analytics, and business teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Ability to track, analyze, and interpret KPIs to guide product improvements and communicate results to stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of modern data platforms, including experience with medallion architecture, AI/ML applications, and cloud-native infrastructures.
- Excellent communication skills for conveying technical concepts to various audiences, including engineers, business partners, and senior leadership.
- Experience working with distributed teams in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- A passion for leveraging advanced analytics, AI, and cloud technologies to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
Responsibilities
- Manage the product backlog, ensuring priorities align with business goals and user needs.
- Collaborate with Data and Intelligence Delivery specialists to oversee data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration processes.
- Work closely with assurance professionals to enhance audit quality and client service through data analysis.
- Lead daily scrums and facilitate sprint planning sessions to drive team productivity and efficiency.
- Effectively communicate product vision and strategy to various stakeholders, ensuring alignment across teams.
- Utilize analytics and KPIs to guide product enhancements and report progress to senior leadership.
- Foster a culture of innovation by encouraging the use of advanced analytics and AI technologies in product development.
