Requirements
Must:
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Proven ability to create innovative Proof of Concepts (POCs)
- Experience working closely with Developers
- Ability to provide clear and concise instructions for development processes
- Comfortable with prototyping and product development
- Recent experience with GenAI for efficiency improvements
- Familiarity with AI-related products
- Background in Software Engineering or Application Engineering
- Experience dealing with 3rd party vendors
- Exposure to environments with complex integration layers
- Understanding of heavily regulated environments
- Experience in Solution Architecture or relevant experience as a Senior Developer
Responsibilities
- Design solutions around complex products and applications on Microsoft Azure and AWS
- Collaborate with the technology team to meet business needs
- Develop and present innovative POCs to stakeholders
- Work hands-on with Developers to guide the development process
- Engage in product-focused prototyping
- Influence stakeholders while shaping early-stage products
- Operate effectively in a public cloud setting
- Maintain awareness of regulatory requirements and best practices
