Requirements
Must:
- Proven hands-on track record of successfully building and delivering digital products (web apps and services) to market using agile methodologies.
- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, React, and Azure.
- Other development skillsets: JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Azure PaaS (Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Cosmos DB, Azure App Service, Azure Service Bus), ARM/Bicep templates, SharePoint.
- Demonstrable creative flair, attention to detail, tenacity, and good problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience in full-stack development.
- A solid understanding of software development principles and methodologies, along with DevOps.
- Experience with DevSecOps practices and secure coding.
- Familiarity with automated testing approaches and tools.
- The ability to work in an agile environment and adapt to changing requirements.
- Proven experience of using GenAI when coding.
- Relevant certifications in software development or cloud technologies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver high-quality web applications and services using the Microsoft stack.
- Collaborate with teams in an agile environment to adapt to changing requirements.
- Utilize DevOps and DevSecOps practices to ensure efficient development and secure coding.
- Incorporate GenAI technologies into the coding process to enhance productivity.
- Engage in continuous learning and application of best practices in software development.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing applications and services.
- Maintain documentation of development processes and deliverables.
