Requirements
Must:
- .NET, C#, Azure (including Logic Apps), and React expertise
- Strong leadership experience as a Lead Developer
- Solid Azure skills from a development perspective, particularly with Logic Apps
- Full Stack Development skills in C#, .NET, React, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Azure PaaS (Azure Functions, Cosmos DB, Azure App Service, ARM/Bicep templates), SharePoint
- Understanding of GenAI and its application in development
- Experience with Greenfield Development
- Excellent personality with high energy and enthusiasm
- Proven experience in C-Suite Stakeholder Management
Responsibilities
- Lead development projects with a focus on Azure and .NET technologies
- Collaborate with team members on full-stack development tasks
- Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain effective communication
- Mentor junior developers and promote best practices
- Ensure successful delivery of greenfield projects and adapt to potential changes
- Participate in a two-stage interview process as a part of candidate evaluation
