Requirements
Must:
- Strong Leadership where you have operated as a Lead Developer in a current or previous role
- Solid Azure skills from a Development perspective, with essential experience in LogicApps
- Good, hardened Full Stack Development skills within C#, .NET, React, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Azure PaaS (Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Cosmos DB, Azure App Service, ARM/Bicep templates), and SharePoint
- Acceptance that Development is now reliant on GenAI, with demonstrable examples of previous usage and an appreciation of its rapid evolution
- Experience in Greenfield Development, with readiness for unrolled and non-delivered projects
- Excellent personality with a forward-thinking approach, high energy, and enthusiasm
- Proven experience with C-Suite Stakeholder Management
Responsibilities
- Operate as a Lead Developer guiding the team in best practices and development processes
- Utilize Azure tools and LogicApps to develop and maintain applications
- Engage in Full Stack Development across various technologies such as C#, .NET, and React
- Advocate for and implement GenAI solutions in development projects
- Manage Greenfield Development initiatives with flexibility for project changes
- Collaborate with C-Suite stakeholders to align development efforts with business goals
