Requirements
Must:
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience owning or partially owning a Data Catalogue
- Familiarity with issues backlog management and prioritization
- Exposure to working within a Data Governance function
- Professional Services experience preferred, but not essential
- Experience with Data 360, Collibra, Informatica, or similar Enterprise Data Governance Platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with data management, governance, and analytics best practices
- Excellent interpersonal skills to bridge business services and technology
- Proactive self-starter, able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail with multitasking capabilities
- Business report writing skills, including drafting communications and user stories
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
- Knowledge of metadata management concepts, tools, and standards beneficial
- Willingness to attend calls outside typical UK working hours for Global coverage
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and adoption of the Firms Data Governance Framework
- Manage and maintain the firm data catalogue
- Collaborate with the Data Steward community
- Chair meetings and take ownership of problem resolution
- Assist in the ongoing maturity of the Data function
- Identify and prioritize issues within the governance framework
- Develop strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization
