Requirements
Must:
- Data FIRST mentality with experience in Data Engineering (Data Bricks, Microsoft Fabric)
- Technical proficiency with Azure services (e.g., Data Lake, Synapse, Fabric)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Stack Technologies
- Experience implementing and optimizing scalable cloud infrastructure
- Demonstrated expertise in managing product backlogs and writing user stories
- Experience in agile frameworks like SAFe, including scrum leadership
- Effective cross-team collaboration across engineering and business units
- Ability to track, analyze, and interpret KPIs
- Solid understanding of modern data platforms and cloud-native infrastructures
- Excellent communication skills for technical concepts
- Experience with distributed teams in fast-paced environments
- Passion for advanced analytics, AI, and cloud technologies
- Nice to have: experience in an Accountancy firm, preferably Big 4
Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize product backlogs while writing detailed user stories
- Collaborate with development teams to achieve sprint goals
- Lead daily scrum meetings and facilitate sprint planning
- Coordinate with engineering, analytics, and business teams for execution
- Track and analyze KPIs to guide product improvements
- Convey technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Innovate solutions leveraging advanced analytics and AI
