Requirements
Must:
- Development FIRST mentality with prior experience as a Developer before transitioning to Product Ownership
- Proficiency in Microsoft Stack Technologies (C# .NET Core)
- Familiarity with Azure services (e.g., Data Lake, Synapse, Fabric) and Databricks for data engineering, analytics, performance optimisation, and governance
- Expertise in managing and prioritizing product backlogs, writing detailed user stories, and collaborating with development teams
- Experience in SAFe or similar agile frameworks, including daily scrum leadership and sprint planning
- Proven ability to track, analyze, and interpret KPIs to guide product improvements and communicate results to stakeholders
- Solid understanding of modern data platforms, including experience with medallion architecture, AI/ML applications, and cloud-native infrastructures
- Excellent communication skills for conveying technical concepts to various audiences
- Experience working with distributed teams in dynamic, fast-paced environments
- Passion for leveraging advanced analytics, AI, and cloud technologies to deliver cutting-edge solutions
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of product strategies focused on AI data analytics within the Microsoft stack
- Collaborate closely with engineering, analytics, and business teams to ensure seamless product execution
- Conduct backlog management, including prioritization and writing user stories for development
- Oversee daily scrum meetings and sprint planning activities as part of agile product ownership
- Analyze and interpret Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to guide product improvements
- Participate in creating Proof of Concepts to validate product ideas and innovations
- Understand and manipulate large data sets to inform product decisions and strategies
