Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience in Data Governance across multiple sectors
- Proven expertise in Data Architecture and Data Engineering
- Senior Manager level experience with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
- Demonstrable track record of shaping and originating consulting opportunities in Data, Analytics, and AI projects
- Strong consulting abilities including solution development and proposal creation
- Excellent coaching and mentoring skills
- Collaborative and client-centered mindset, able to translate business problems into data-led solutions
- Natural problem-solving skills with a forward-thinking outlook
- Deep understanding of business challenges and the role of digital and data technologies in transformation
- Significant experience in building data platforms and working with cloud technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure
- Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks such as Python, SQL, Microsoft Fabric, and Databricks
- Relevant certifications in cloud and data technologies would be beneficial
- Excellent communication skills, capable of inspiring confidence in diverse audiences
Responsibilities
- Lead and shape data governance initiatives to support clients in their digital transformation journeys
- Engage with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities and develop consulting solutions
- Mentor and guide team members to foster their professional growth and development
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver data-led solutions that address complex business problems
- Conduct commercial negotiations and build trusted relationships with clients
- Utilize a deep understanding of data architecture and engineering to contribute to project success
- Facilitate discussions and workshops with clients to clarify their data needs and challenges
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide insightful recommendations
