Requirements
Must:
- A strong professional network across the United Kingdom
- Demonstrable track record of originating, shaping, and converting consulting opportunities for Data, Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence projects
- Strong consulting experience that includes solution development, proposal creation, commercial negotiation, and building trusted adviser relationships with senior-level clients
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and data projects, with excellent coaching and mentoring skills
- A collaborative, pragmatic, and client-centered mindset
- Ability to translate business problems into compelling data-led solutions
- Natural problem solver with intellectual curiosity and an agile, forward-thinking outlook
- Strong understanding of the real challenges businesses face today regarding digital and data technologies
- Significant experience in data architecture and data engineering, including building data platforms and working with cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure
- Good grounding in programming and data engineering languages and frameworks such as Python, SQL, Microsoft Fabric, and Databricks
- Certifications in relevant cloud and data technologies (Azure, etc.) would be beneficial
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire confidence in both technical and non-technical audiences
Responsibilities
- Join our highly ambitious and fast-growing Consulting function based in Manchester on a hybrid basis
- Operate at Senior Manager or Director level, effectively facing off to senior stakeholders
- Shape work, originate opportunities, and guide clients on their data journeys
- Lead and grow the Digital Consulting team, mentoring team members
- Engage in varied and fast-paced work focused on helping clients leverage digital technology for business outcomes
- Solve complex business and data problems while interacting with clients
- Collaborate with others rather than just producing technical artefacts
- Contribute to proposal creation and commercial negotiation for consulting projects
- Inspire and build trusted relationships with senior-level clients
Description
We are seeking a Digital Data Consultant to join our rapidly maturing Digital Consulting team in Manchester. This role allows for a hybrid work model, with expectations to be in the office approximately two days per week. You will play a significant role in leading our team, mentoring future consultants, and driving our client projects focused on digital transformation. We value a commercially minded, confident, and curious individual who can navigate ambiguity and deliver meaningful solutions. This is a remarkable opportunity, and compensation will be dependent upon experience.
