We are seeking a skilled Legal IT Application Support Analyst with experience in Microsoft 365 (including Office 365 and SharePoint 365). Familiarity with Aderant, our Practice Management System, is preferred, but we will also consider candidates with experience in Elite 3E. Basic SQL skills are essential, and we are looking for someone who is eager to enhance their abilities, particularly in high-level Aderant queries and requests, as well as exploring Python development.
Responsibilities
As an Application Support Analyst, your key responsibilities will include maintaining and supporting our SharePoint intranet, overseeing the configuration and development of the Visual Files case management system, and ensuring the smooth functioning of SQL Server databases that underpin our core business applications. You will also be writing, maintaining, and optimizing SQL queries and reports, and developing capabilities utilizing our chosen Generative AI platform.
