Requirements
Must:
- At least 3 years experience as a Product Owner in a complex, professional global environment
- Tech-first background with an understanding of how to communicate with development teams
- Experience of communicating with 3rd Party suppliers, along with knowing how to get the best out of them
- Global experience preferred with appreciation for working outside of a standard 9am – 5pm structure
- Strong Knowledge Management experience with a passion for AI and new technologies
- Knowledge of developing, analyzing, and designing digital products and software applications
- Strong stakeholder management skills at all levels with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
- Proactive self-starter capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of MS Office productivity, communication & collaboration technologies
- Effectively demonstrate teamwork skills, problem-solving skills, initiative, and integrity
- Excellent English language proficiency and good interpersonal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with teams on product vision and strategy in a technology-driven environment
- Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Engage and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams including development and design
- Handle last-minute changes to priorities and adapt to dynamic project requirements
- Foster relationships with 3rd Party suppliers and ensure delivery aligns with expectations
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities related to Knowledge Management and AI
- Ensure stakeholder involvement and gather feedback throughout product development
- Support the team with any necessary training and development regarding new technologies
- Participate in global meetings that may require flexibility in scheduling
