Business Analyst, Business Operations

We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with a strong background in Financial Services or Professional Services, or a closely related industry. You should have a clear understanding that this role is not focused on IT; rather, it is a business-facing position with an emphasis on operational processes that include technology. Proven business-related stakeholder management skills—beyond just technical ones—are essential. You must demonstrate experience managing business stakeholders and fee earners who operate in high-pressure environments where time is of the essence. You should have a comprehensive understanding of complex organizational dynamics, including experiences in navigating disorganized chaos and change management. It’s crucial that you have proven experience throughout a full project lifecycle, involving managing a project from inception to completion. We value a proactive attitude and readiness to engage in hands-on tasks, given that our team is currently evolving without established governance. Your ability to articulate your contributions clearly is vital—provide specific examples of how you influenced project outcomes and the responsibilities you held. Additionally, you should be capable of mapping out plans, conducting cost analyses, and performing SWOT analyses, along with an understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Preference will be given to candidates who hold a certification as a Business Analyst, such as CBAP or membership in the IIBA.
