Must:
- Experience SAP user
- Extensive experience in training creation and delivery
- Experience creating simulation training
- Familiarity with SAP Enable Now and Articulate RISE
- Knowledge of SAP Manufacturing modules
Responsibilities
- Conduct process assessment and stakeholder identification through Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
- Design and create role-based SAP user training using SAP EnableNow and Articulate RISE
- Develop training content including classroom courses, online learning courses, assessments, videos, simulations, and quick reference guides
- Evaluate SAP users knowledge levels appropriately
- Assist with training impact assessments
- Create stakeholder training and engagement plans, supporting communication with relevant end users
- Create and deliver process-based blended learning packages
- Define, engage, and align stakeholders in preparation for deployment
- Ensure training delivery plans are executed on time
- Host on and off-site training events, run drop-in sessions, and provide floor walking support
- Demonstrate excellent business behaviors, including teamwork
- Collaborate with Business Process, Testing, Training, and Communications teams for the capability being deployed
Description
We are an automotive company seeking an experienced SAP Trainer to support the deployment of our Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) programme and other critical projects. This full-time role involves on-site presence in Solihull and requires travel across West Midlands and Liverpool. We offer a competitive rate through an Umbrella Company or PAYE. You will play a key role in transforming our operations by creating and delivering engaging training content, ensuring our employees are equipped with the tools and knowledge necessary for our digital transformation journey.
