Requirements
Must:
- I am looking for someone with at least 3 years of working experience in IT support.
- You should have experience in 1st and 2nd line PC support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and VBA are required.
- Experience in SQL query writing is necessary.
- You should also have experience in script writing using languages such as JavaScript, Python, or PowerShell.
Responsibilities
- You will assist the IT department with daily operations.
- Your specific roles will include providing office PC hardware and software support.
- I expect you to engage in ad hoc IT-related project work as needed.
- You will be involved in script writing and macro debugging.
- Optimizing Excel workbook formulas will also be part of your duties.
Description
This is a full-time position located at our head office in West London, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, including a 1-hour unpaid lunch break. We are a well-established company experiencing continued growth and expansion, and we are eager to welcome an enthusiastic IT Support Engineer with good communication skills to our team.
