Requirements
Must:
- Around 8–10 years’ experience in product, including meaningful experience leading teams and shaping product strategy
- Proven experience leading product in a scaling organisation and improving maturity
- Evidence you can influence senior stakeholders and align multiple disciplines around outcomes
- Strong product thinking: outcome-led roadmaps, prioritisation, clear strategy to execution
- Comfort building from scratch: operating model, rituals, team coaching
- A deep respect for users and the ability to translate insight into shipped value
- A genuine belief in design as a lever for quality, trust and usability
- Strongly preferred: Experience in HealthTech, regulated industries, or environments where safety/trust matter
- Familiarity with clinical or operational complexity
- Experience with service design, journey-based thinking, and/or omni-channel care experiences
- Bonus Points: Experience working with NHS contexts or adjacent public sector systems
- Experience with AI-enabled workflows or decision-support tools
Responsibilities
- Create a clear product strategy that aligns with our mission, clinical model and commercial goals
- Turn strategy into an outcome-based roadmap with sharp prioritisation
- Build a pragmatic product operating model that teams actually use
- Lead through influence across Tech, Clinical, Ops, Marketing and Partnerships
- Put human-centred design at the heart of product thinking
- Be a proactive ally for design quality from research to interface craft
- Coach, mentor and grow product managers and designers
- Move fast without breaking trust while building responsibly in a regulated environment
