Requirements
Must:
- We are looking for proven leadership experience managing and mentoring software engineering teams in an agile environment, with a focus on best practice and continuous improvement.
- We need strong technical expertise with DevOps tools and techniques, CI/CD pipelines, and modern application development using .NET, D365, Power Platform, and Azure services.
- We require a strong delivery track record designing, building, and maintaining secure, scalable applications.
- We are looking for experience with modern web frameworks such as React or Angular.
- We need evidence of the right to work in the UK; we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role.
- A satisfactory DBS check may be required for some roles.
Responsibilities
- We lead software engineering capability by managing and mentoring a team of senior engineers and suppliers to deliver secure, reliable, and efficient services.
- We drive technical excellence by overseeing the design, development, and testing of applications, ensuring compliance with standards and best practice.
- We collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with business needs and user requirements.
- We lead the design and delivery of automated, scalable application services that meet user needs.
- We manage and develop a high-performing software engineering team, driving best practice and innovation across our organisation.
