Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates with a strong background in software engineering, especially with proficiency in C/C++, Ada, JavaScript, or shell scripting. You should have experience in Linux OS administration, including kernel configuration and security patching. An analytical mindset and a passion for solving technical problems are essential, along with excellent communication skills for collaboration.
Responsibilities
In this hands-on technical support role, you will investigate, debug, and resolve complex software issues in secure environments. You will maintain and configure Linux OS (RedHat/Ubuntu), including kernel-level tasks. Collaboration with internal teams is key, and you will need to clearly communicate technical issues to stakeholders. Additionally, you will support secure software deployments and middleware solutions.
