Proven experience in tackling new challenges and bringing innovative ideas and concepts to meet business needs is essential. You should be proactive and self-driven, capable of working independently while also being a strong team player. Excellent time management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are a must, alongside strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with Airbus processes and systems is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
As the Design Wing Integrator, you will lead projects and activities through best-in-class performance management to ensure that technical solutions are delivered right the first time, enabling a full end-to-end solution for design changes. You will provide proactive product improvement support, which includes making modifications to reduce recurring costs, non-recurring costs, and non-conformances throughout the value stream. Additionally, you will support and/or lead initiatives to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness using relevant methods, tools, processes, and other capability improvements. You'll also be expected to anticipate risks and opportunities, managing them appropriately to deliver on time, cost, and quality while embracing change and challenges.
