Requirements
Must:
- A degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or similar
- Basic knowledge of Excel and/or SQL
- An interest in data analysis, problem solving, and technology
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
- Good communication skills—you can explain ideas clearly
- A proactive, curious attitude
- Experience with Power BI, Python, or Azure (even from uni projects) (bonus)
- Internship, placement, or project experience working with data (bonus)
- Understanding of reporting, dashboards, or performance metrics (bonus)
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards used by senior teams
- Analyse data to uncover trends, insights, and opportunities
- Work with large datasets from multiple systems and platforms
- Help improve business performance and decision-making
- Investigate data issues and learn how to solve real business problems
- Support the automation of reporting and processes
- Collaborate with teams across Sales, Marketing, and Operations
- Clean and prepare data for analysis
- Update daily and weekly reports
- Monitor performance metrics and spot trends
- Assist with data quality checks and investigations
- Support ongoing data projects and improvements
- Learn tools like SQL, Power BI, and Azure in a real business setting
