- Experience collaborating with designers and product teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with template-driven website platforms or white-label solutions (desirable).
- Knowledge of the automotive industry or financial services (desirable).
- Familiarity with FCA compliance and financial product disclosure requirements (desirable).
- Experience with analytics tools and data-driven development (desirable).
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain the core platform for managing template websites, ensuring scalability, reliability, and compliance.
- Develop reusable, configurable website templates that support rapid deployment and customization for dealer partners.
- Implement seamless integrations with internal and third-party systems (e.g., finance calculators, compliance modules, analytics).
- Work with designers, product owners, and stakeholders to refine requirements, user journeys, and technical specifications.
- Develop and execute automated tests; support CI/CD pipelines for efficient and reliable releases.
- Use analytics, user feedback, and performance data to iterate and enhance platform features.
- Ensure all solutions meet FCA and industry compliance standards, including accessibility and security requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, frameworks, and best practices in web platform engineering.
