Requirements
Must:
- Proven track record of leading large software engineering teams
- Ability to solve complex challenges across people, process, and technology

- Understanding of the latest cybersecurity trends
- Ability to navigate enterprise policies while customizing for the UK
- Comfortable balancing short-term and long-term business needs
- Knowledge of the UK / US regulatory, consumer lending, and technology landscapes (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 100+ technologists within a regulated environment
- Collaborate with Product and Design teams on product roadmap
- Develop talent through performance management and a clear agenda
- Drive effective delivery across different outcome teams
- Manage enterprise stakeholders, primarily based in the US
- Oversee a mixed team of associates and third-party engineers
- Share context about the wider organization to engage the team
- Stay updated on changes in regulation and enterprise processes
- Maintain knowledge of relevant technologies and engineering practices
- Participate in technical design reviews for consistent engineering approaches
- Support the career growth and development of team members
