Requirements
Must:
- JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Node.js, Cypress and open to equivalent technologies
- Programming skills and knowledge of modern web frameworks such as React.js or equivalent frameworks
- A good understanding of Java and Spring Boot
- CI/CD pipeline experience
- Understanding and experience with AWS or cloud technologies
- Proven ability to deliver high quality applications
- Comfortable using approaches such as Pair Programming, TDD and BDD
- Committed to working collaboratively and enabling others in their work

Responsibilities
- Work as part of a self-organised full stack engineering team in our Acquisitions outcome area, focusing on customer experience
- Develop excellent customer experiences across all 7 of Capital One’s partners, including ASOS, Post Office, and others
- Take ownership of ambiguous problems and present scalable solutions across the stack
- Solve broader business problems while thinking at both domain and system level
- Collaborate with Product Management and Leadership to achieve shared goals and vision
- Innovate within the team and contribute within your technical domain
