Senior Software Development Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer who can truly understand our users and effectively communicate and collaborate with teams across Business, Technology, and Operations. You will have the opportunity to work in a complex regulated environment and gain expertise in writing and optimizing code with AI tools like GitHub Copilot. This position is permanent and based in our London office, offering a hybrid working model that allows flexibility to work from home part of the time. We emphasize collaboration, so we expect you to be in the office three days a week—Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
