Requirements
Must:
- Proven Salesforce experience and strong knowledge of its architecture and API governor limits specifically for Service Cloud
- Experience integrating Salesforce with other applications, specifically other internal cloud applications and third-party APIs
- Experience writing Apex classes and triggers
- Working knowledge of Salesforce External Objects and Platform Events
- Maintaining public cloud automation tooling and scripting experience – CICD, Jenkins etc
- Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Design System and Lightning Web Component Language (LWC)
- Working knowledge of SFDX CLI for packaging and DevOps
- Experience supporting Salesforce configuration tasks such as field/page updates, workflows, validations, custom permissions, and approvals
- At least 2 certifications including Platform Developer 1 and System Admin Certification
Responsibilities
- Work within our Salesforce Platform Team to ensure the platform is built to follow best practices and scales for future use cases
- Be part of a self-organized Salesforce team that designs, develops, and maintains core features on our Salesforce platform
- Help integrate Salesforce with Enterprise tooling and internal AWS solutions, working on APIs and event-based architecture
- Create a prioritized roadmap for the platform that aligns with Enterprise standards and business outcomes
- Govern and steer the overall solution for the platform and participate in our solution design forum
