Requirements

Must:
- I have experience developing and deploying deep learning models, particularly for sequential data (e.g., time series, language) using techniques such as LSTMs or transformers. - I possess hands-on experience with modern Machine/Deep Learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face Transformers. - I am familiar with both pre-training and fine-tuning of large-scale models. - I have experience working with structured and unstructured data, such as text, logs, or time series, and I am skilled in tokenization techniques. - I have a strong understanding of probability, statistics, and machine learning, along with familiarity in handling large datasets. - I am capable of producing reliable and maintainable code in Python and adapting to new languages and technologies. - I can effectively communicate findings to a diverse, business-focused audience, influencing others in both verbal and written forms. - I have a drive for continued learning, focusing on developing enterprise and industry-leading solutions.

Responsibilities

- I will develop new deep learning approaches to advance our current underwriting models, which are central to our lending business. - I will apply these approaches to new types of (multi-modal) data, ensuring we remain at the forefront of innovation. - I will provide consultancy to our tech and product partners to help design, develop, and launch products powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), enhancing experiences for our customers and associates. - I will leverage a combination of business acumen, coding, and statistical skills to navigate large datasets and extract actionable solutions. - I will collaborate cross-functionally on projects that support key business initiatives and drive sustainable growth.
