Technical Project Manager

- Robust experience in technical digital or technology roles, ideally with hands-on involvement in delivering impactful solutions (circa 5 years as a TPM or more) - Strong familiarity with end-to-end solutions across multiple technology domains, including SaaS platforms, e-commerce ecosystems, ERP systems, CRM systems, and more - Ability to interpret data, assess impacts of changes, and generate actionable insights - Strong focus on accuracy and precision in planning and executing change initiatives - Genuine interest in technology and innovation for enhancing customer experiences - Skilled in navigating challenges and finding effective solutions - Comfortable working across diverse teams and functional areas - Proficient in both written and verbal communication - Ability to inspire confidence and influence ideas for positive outcomes - Strong organizational skills, managing multiple priorities and delivering at pace - Willingness to challenge existing processes and seek better ways of working - Prioritize the human experience in implementing improvements - Ability to partner effectively with internal teams and external vendors
