Requirements
Must:
- Certified as PL-400 Power Platform Developer
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform stack
- Exposure to Azure as part of Power Platform work
- Strong documentation and handover experience
- Excellent management skills from both personnel and process perspectives
- Ability to organize, chair, and document meetings while ensuring actions are followed up
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact at all organizational levels
- Solid understanding of the organizations business area, drivers, structures, and priorities
- Capability to mentor and coach team members
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and monitor ones own workload and that of the team
- Commitment to complete mandatory role-based training, infosec training, and computer-based training as applicable
- Continuous learning mindset to keep up-to-date with relevant skills/certifications
Responsibilities
- Build and configure applications in a Microsoft Dynamics / Power Platform stack
- Document and refactor complex programs/scripts
- Ensure team adherence to project quality standards
- Apply agreed standards and tools to achieve well-engineered outcomes
- Communicate client specifications to development teams
- Assist with application troubleshooting and debugging
- Participate in reviews of own work and lead reviews of colleagues work
- Keep projects on schedule to meet deadlines
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop and agree on system integration plans and report on progress
- Define complex/new integration builds
- Ensure that integration test environments are correctly configured
- Design, perform, and report results of tests of the integration build
- Educate junior developers on best practices
- Engage in various business activities including client communications
