Requirements
Must:
- Working knowledge of MS Windows OS & MS Office Suite
- End User Devices hardware experience
- Deskside support experience
- Excellent customer-facing skills with the ability to deal with difficult customers
- Clean driving license
- Self-management with good organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to follow remote advanced technical instructions
- Ideally possess hands-on work experience or have sound knowledge of Desktop / Workstation (Dell, HP)
- Knowledge of Laptop (Dell, HP), Server Module Support, and Network Module Support
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on hardware support at customer sites and remote worker locations
- Deliver deskside support that keeps businesses running smoothly
- Travel across County Antrim using a company car
- Solve real technical challenges for end users
- Support and uphold agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Collaborate with teams to deliver exceptional service while adhering to Capitas Field Services standards
