Must:
We are looking for a senior Frontend React Engineer who meets the following qualifications:
- Proficient in JavaScript and React
- Experienced with Java 17 and Spring Boot 3
- Familiar with Junit and Playwright
- Knowledgeable in HTML and Object Oriented Design
- Experienced with JPA, Maven, and Gitlab (a solid understanding of Git is essential)
- Proven leadership, communication, and team engagement skills
- Demonstrated coaching abilities
- Quality-driven and adaptable with the ability to context switch
- Proficient in Stakeholder Management
- Must have SC Clearance or be eligible to obtain it

Responsibilities
In this role, you will be part of the CESA Futures team, which operates on agile principles with a two-week sprint cadence. You will work within a team of approximately 4-8 engineers and are expected to guide and coach less experienced team members. You will also have the opportunity to enhance your skills by exploring aspects of Backend delivery. Our engineers are encouraged to be T-shaped, meaning you should be willing to operate across the product stack, which includes testing.

This role is for a Frontend React technical resource with strong leadership skills and a passion for quality. We value adaptability and the ability to manage various stakeholders effectively. Optional skills that would be beneficial include Kubernetes, Micro-services, GraalVM, Helm, Mockito, AWS, Kibana, Grafana, Open API, gRPC / Protobuf, WCAG, OAuth2/OpenID, Sustainable Software Engineering, Cucumber/Gherkin, and Selenium.
