Requirements
Must:
- I have hands-on experience in configuring and implementing the SAP SD and OTC module throughout all stages of the project lifecycle, from sales to early life support.
- I have successfully implemented at least two end-to-end project cycles with SAP SD and another SAP module solution.
- I possess the skills to lead and facilitate requirements gathering, design, and gap analysis workshops to identify the optimum SAP solution for clients, documenting the outcomes in functional specifications and technical design documents.
- I have a strong understanding of business processes across various industries.
- I can work effectively with clients and consultancy teams, influencing key business stakeholders and advising clients on maximizing their SAP technologies.
- I am committed to contributing to our team and practice to enhance its capabilities and enable growth.
Responsibilities
- I will design and implement SAP SD OTC solutions that align with business requirements and industry best practices.
- I will develop architectural strategies and implementation plans for SAP SD OTC and related systems, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules and third-party applications.
- I will lead and manage end-to-end SAP SD OTC implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.
- As a consultant, I will provide expert advice to clients, understanding their business processes and translating them into effective SAP solutions.
- I will configure the SAP SD OTC module according to business requirements, including pricing, inventory management, and order processing.
- I will offer post-implementation support to end-users, resolving issues and ensuring optimal system performance.
- I will develop comprehensive project documentation, including business blueprints, functional specifications, and user manuals.
- I will conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders on SAP SD functionalities and best practices.
- I will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including MM, SD, FICO, and ABAP developers to ensure seamless system integration.
- I will identify opportunities for process improvements within the SAP landscape and implement enhancements.
