Must:
I am looking for candidates with extensive experience in designing and developing large-scale technology solutions, particularly with insights into CRM Client technology Salesforce platforms. You should demonstrate proficiency in building solutions using Salesforce in the Banking and Finance domain and have exposure to integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications. It’s important that you understand different project methodologies, project lifecycles, major phases, dependencies, and milestones, along with the required documentation needs. Familiarity with data security and regulatory controls is also necessary. Proficiency in one or more areas such as Sales, Service, Community, or Financial Services is required.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will create technical designs from business requirements and develop technical solutions based on the Salesforce platform. You will be responsible for integrating Salesforce solutions with enterprise applications, using tools and strategies set forth by our architecture teams. You will need to gather data migration requirements, define a data migration plan, and perform complex data migrations, which may include preparing large data sets. Additionally, you will analyze data quality requirements, define a data quality plan, and execute technical process reviews and UATs, working closely with test and business consultants. Contributing to the Salesforce Center of Excellence (COE) through innovative ideas and proof of concepts will be essential, and you will be expected to achieve Salesforce certification requirements relevant to your role.
