Requirements
Must:
- Experience as a Salesforce Architect on Enterprise scale projects across various industries, especially in eCommerce, Loyalty, Consumer Products, and Retail.
- Comfortable leading the implementation of architecture with internal teams, partners, and senior client stakeholders.
- Significant knowledge of Salesforce products, particularly SFCC B2B, with advantages for familiarity with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Industries, and Data Cloud.
- Experience in working with ISV partner solutions in a multi-platform, multi-partner delivery environment.
- Detailed understanding of Salesforce governor limits and how to design architecture within them.
- Knowledge of architectural governance processes, including owning decision and assumption logs.
- Advocate for designing declarative solutions on the platform including SFI tooling, LWCs, and Flow.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Architecture and Design of Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2B solutions.
- Provide leadership and guidance to technical and functional team members, establishing best practice guidelines and frameworks.
- Build trusted relationships with key client stakeholders, fostering best practices.
- Own the design and architectural outputs from initiation to sign-off, serving as an escalation point for technical and design challenges.
- Recommend solutions suited to the Salesforce platform based on ecosystem knowledge.
- Contribute to project and delivery plans with input and steering.
- Occasionally support the Sales team in creating architectural visions for new projects and business development activities.
