Requirements
Must:
- Strong proficiency in Java (Spring Boot) for backend development.
- Expertise in Angular (latest versions) for frontend development.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and Microservices architecture.
- Experience with SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
- Familiarity with AWS, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering complex projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in Agile environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Reactive programming and RxJS.
- Knowledge of GraphQL and API Gateway.
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (JUnit, Jasmine, Karma).
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of fullstack developers working on Java and Angular-based applications.
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and QA teams to deliver end-to-end functionality.
- Drive best practices in software development, including code quality, testing, and CI/CD.
- Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.
- Ensure application performance, security, and maintainability.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.
