Requirements
Must:
- I have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- I possess 3-5 years of experience in MES implementation, with at least 2 years specifically working with Apriso.
- I have strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and operations across various industries.
- I am proficient in SQL, .NET, and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- I have experience with Apriso configuration tools, including Process Builder, Global Process Manager, and Business Process Management.
- I am familiar with manufacturing standards such as ISA-95 and integration with ERP systems like SAP.
- I exhibit excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex manufacturing processes and implement effective solutions.
Responsibilities
- I am responsible for designing and developing MES applications using the Apriso platform to meet client requirements and improve manufacturing operations.
- I will configure and customize Apriso modules, including Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Inventory, to align with client business processes.
- I am tasked with creating and maintaining technical documentation, including functional specifications, design documents, and user guides.
- I will troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the Apriso environment.
- I collaborate with client stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective MES solutions.
