Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in 5G/4G architecture including SA/NSA architecture, EPC, 5GC (AMF, SMF, UPF)
- Expertise in gNB/eNB design, Network Slicing, and RAN planning & optimization
- Strong knowledge of Mobile 4G and 5G CORE, IP/MPLS, OSPF, BGP, VLANs, VRFs, DNS/DHCP, NAT
- Familiarity with security protocols such as IPSec, TLS, and 3GPP security standards
- Experience with cloud technologies like AWS, Docker, OpenStack, CNFs/VNFs, and SDN (optional)
- Knowledge of MEC deployment, edge orchestration, and latency optimization
- Ability to perform enterprise system integration (IT/OT) and interworking with public networks
- Familiarity with 3GPP standards and tools such as Wireshark
- Understanding of spectrum licensing, ROI analysis, and vendor evaluation
- Experience in vendor management and defining SLAs, QoS profiles, and network KPIs in private deployments
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of Private Mobile Networks (MPNs)
- Provide a tangible vision of how MPNs can be implemented and utilized
- Produce a proposed design of the solution across the ecosystem including MPN/connectivity elements
- Design solutions with reference to functional and technical requirements and provide cost estimates
