Requirements
Must:
- 3 years of experience in customer support within financial services
- Strong ability to work as part of a local and global team
- Ability to work independently with a strong sense of ownership
- Passion for technology and eagerness to learn new technologies
- Experience in first and second level support and customer onboarding
- Understanding of support processes with adaptability to changing circumstances
- Strong skills in Unix/Linux based environments
- Knowledge of common scripting languages and ability to automate processes
- Understanding of financial services concepts, particularly Market Data and Order Entry
- Excellent communication skills
