Requirements
Must:
- 3+ years experience in customer support within financial services
- Passion for technology with a desire to learn new technologies
- Experience in first and second level support and customer onboarding
- Understanding of support processes with adaptability to change
- Strong skills in Unix/Linux based environments
- Knowledge of common scripting languages and automation of processes
- Familiarity with financial services concepts, particularly Market Data and Order Entry
- Excellent communication skills
