Must:
- Previous experience using C#, .NET Framework and .NET Core in a commercial environment
- Strong working knowledge of SQL, JavaScript and MVC architecture
- Experience using version control tools such as Git and GitHub
- Exposure to APIs, including payment or third-party integrations
- Understanding of deploying applications across Windows or Linux environments
Responsibilities
- Developing and enhancing web-based versions of existing software products
- Building secure integrations for data submission to HMRC and other external services
- Maintaining and improving backend systems to meet legislative and government standards
- Writing clean, well-documented code that is easy to maintain and scale
- Testing, debugging and refining applications to ensure reliability and usability
- Ensuring applications meet current web, security and accessibility standards
