Must:
We are looking for an IT Support Engineer with experience in 1st and 2nd line support. Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Office 365, Azure, and networking (switches, firewalls, VLANs, etc.) is ideal. You should possess strong customer relationship, communication, and delivery skills, with a focus on meeting and exceeding customer expectations with high standards of professionalism. It is essential to be competent in linking issues raised with broad technical knowledge, efficiently diagnosing issues, explaining technical details clearly, and achieving positive solutions.
Responsibilities
As our IT Support Engineer, you will visit client sites on an ad hoc basis, with any necessary training provided to help you deliver a seamless support service. You will manage service tickets from start to finish, optimize network and server maintenance, and ensure smooth tech operations. Tracking, troubleshooting, and resolving requests while meeting SLAs is key to this role. You will also be needed to collaborate with fellow professionals to refine troubleshooting processes, document key activities, and maintain our systems effectively, while also providing accurate insights and solutions for continuous improvement.
