Requirements

We are looking for candidates who possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. You should have at least 5 years of experience developing business applications using Microsoft Power Platform technologies such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents. Strong skills in analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation of enterprise-scale applications are essential. Experience with C#, ASP.NET, Web Services, MVC, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, HTML, T-SQL, XML, Visual Studio, and SQL Server Management Studio is required, along with knowledge in Bootstrap, React, Mobile Development, and Service-Oriented Architecture being highly desirable. Additionally, you should have at least 4 years of experience in developing web applications and websites on SharePoint Online, including custom workflows and solutions using Power Platform and SPFx.
Proficiency in data analysis, data modeling, and data architecture principles with strong SQL skills and knowledge of Data Warehousing principles is also necessary. Familiarity with Python, R, ETL processes, REST APIs, .NET UI controls tools such as DevExpress, and version control and CI/CD tools like GitHub and Azure DevOps will be beneficial. You should have a working knowledge of Microsoft Azure resources, the ability to communicate and train business users effectively, and a motivation to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
As part of our team, you will be responsible for the analysis, design, development, deployment, and support of Microsoft Power Platform solutions. Your main tasks will include developing business applications and web applications with SharePoint according to our standards and analyzing business requirements in collaboration with users and IT management. You will help identify areas where Microsoft Power Platforms can be leveraged for process improvement and automation.
You will engage in project scoping activities, develop, and deliver Business Intelligence reports, and interpret data requirements through stakeholder collaboration. Additionally, you will profile and analyze raw data to summarize patterns and data quality issues, perform software design using fundamental processes, and document technical designs and user guides. It will also be essential for you to implement best practices for app and report design, deploy applications through CI/CD pipelines, and stay updated with advancements in Power Platform and related technologies. Furthermore, you will mentor junior developers and provide support outside of normal office hours when necessary.
